Onboarding: configuring notifications through SMS provider and chatbots

YCLIENTS allows you to notify new and loyal customers using push messages, SMS and chatbots:

  • about services and discounts provided;
  • notify about online appointment;
  • send a reminder for an upcoming visit;
  • request feedback after the visit;
  • inform staff members about clients’ appointments, as well as their rescheduling and cancellation.

To send messages through SMS aggregators or chatbots you'll need to conclude an agreement with one of YCLIENTS’ partners. A list of partners will continue to grow and you'll always be able to select an aggregator with more beneficial terms.
