Dear customers, we are happy to announce that YCLIENTS are developing globally which means we aim at serving you all over the world and doing our best to fit your business needs. It is a big step for every company and we would love to share this moment with you!

Today, YCLIENTS serves 21.000+ companies in more than 65 countries as an all-in-one automation solution for service-based businesses: online booking, appointment scheduling, inventory management, payroll and finance management, expanded analytics, client database and marketing tools, and more in one tool. We help businesses grow and it is time for us to grow further too.

Still, we need to remember that transformation for good happens when there is an effort to bring. To ensure the same level of high quality, we need to transform our product development to meet the international standards and build the software that will cover absolutely all your needs but on an absolutely different level. You can already experience the changes:

  • improved interface localization for you and your clients;
  • the knowledge base and API available in English;
  • new international SMS providers;
  • complete English-speaking customer support and onboarding team to assist you in solving your problems efficiently. 

We are committed to providing you with the best solution and quality you expect and deserve. There is a need to invest in the development team, localization processes, and customer support - the biggest priority for us. We have found a way to minimize the price increase to the least possible amount while still achieving our desired goals.

 

What will change and how will it affect me?

The new pricing begins to operate on the 1st of July. However, additional payments for the remaining period of already purchased subscriptions are not required for our current customers. The new conditions apply only in case of a change in the pricing plan (“Single”, “Start”, “Growth”, “Business”, “Enterprise”) or extension of your subscription.

Until which date can I purchase a subscription at the old price?

To make it smooth for you, until the 1st of July inclusive, you can purchase or renew a subscription at the old price. 

The offer is valid for all clients, including those who recently paid for an extension or planned to do it. In these cases, the extra months are simply added to the current subscription.
