What is it and what is it for?
Warehousing activities is one of the main functions for working with goods (you can also sell and write off goods through the appointment calendar interface). The performed warehouse activities are the basis for the formation of analytics and reporting in YCLIENTS on working with goods and on the work of the company generally (data on proceeds, profit, etc.).
Warehouse activities allow you to record any movement of goods: arrival, sale, and write-off. These activities are not always associated with the provision of services to clients, and therefore do not require the creation of an appointment in the Appointment calendar.
By using warehouse activities, you can add several goods at once (up to 1000 goods from the list or via Excel). Also, a history of changes is saved for each warehouse activity.

To edit, go to the Warehouse - Warehouse activities and click on the link with the date of the activity.
In the new window that opens, make all the necessary changes, and click the Save button.
If necessary, the list of financial transactions can be exported to Excel. Warehouse activities are unloaded via email only. The user receives an email with a link to the upload file. After that, in YCLIENTS, in the Overview - Excel uploads, a log of uploads will appear with information about who, when, and what data requested. The upload file can also be obtained through the upload log if you have access rights to this section.
In warehouse activities Sale / Arrival / Write-off after saving, you can change any parameters except the activity type.
In the warehouse activity Transfer, you cannot make changes, but you can cancel the transaction.
