5. Enter the Selling Price of the item.

6. Indicate the cost of goods. Cost - the price at which this goods will be written off as a consumable. In the future, the cost price will be automatically substituted in the receipt of goods.

7. Select the Units of measure for sale and for write-off from the drop-down list. In the equals field, you must indicate how many write-off units are contained in one unit for sale.

Example:

For the item Hair dye, the unit of measure for sale can be specified as Piece, and for writing off Gram. In the Equal field, specify how many grams of paint are in one piece.

8. Specify the Critical balance. This is the quantity of goods at which further work is impossible, and you need to order a new delivery of goods of this type. The filter by items that have reached a critical balance is found in the reports Warehouse balance and Order of Goods.

Note

Goods will be displayed in the search when the value is 1 item more than the value specified in the Critical balance field.

9. Specify the desired balance. This is the amount of goods that must be in warehouses to solve certain problems. The Order of goods report will display all the goods whose quantity is lower than the desired one. It will also automatically calculate the number of goods required to achieve the desired.
