New transaction

You can create a new transaction in the Finance - Financial transactions and Finance - Accounts and cash registers sections. To create a new transaction click the New transaction button.

You need to indicate:

  • date and time of the transaction;
  • payment item, for instance, purchase of consumables (read about payment items in greater detail here);
  • cash register from which the funds will be taken or into which the funds will be put;
  • recipient or payer: supplier, client or staff member;
  • from the drop down list select a supplier, client of staff member (to select a supplier or a client start entering their name);
  • amount to transfer;
  • comment.

Click the Save button.
