Work schedule

After filling out general, additional information, settings, and servicesset up an employee work schedule. 

There are several ways to assign a schedule to employees:

In this article, we will consider the first option, which is more convenient and has more options for setting up employee schedules. To select a period, specify the Start Date and End date of the period, then press the button, click the Show button.

Editing

Go to Settings - Schedule. Here will be a schedule of all employees for the selected period. To select a period, specify the Start Date and End date of the period, then press the button, click the Show button. Also, if necessary, you can filter the list of employees by Position.

You can set up the work schedule in two ways: change the schedule for the selected day and set the schedule according to the template.

Editing a schedule for a specific day

1. Click on the Change the day button, select the day in the employee’s schedule. 

2. Set the type of a day: workday or day off. 

3. Indicate the work time of the employee. To set breaks, create several intervals that exclude a break time (using the add interval button). To delete an interval, on the right click on the — button. 

4. Click the Save button. 

Set work schedule according to the template

1. Click the set according to the template button, and then to the link under the word Template.

2. In the window that opens, set the type of a day: workday or day off.

4. Click the Save button. 

5. Click on the days on which you want to set the schedule according to the template.

Days on which the schedule was changed will be different from the rest, blue round arrows will appear. For the changes to take effect, click the Save button in the upper right corner. To cancel the change, click on the blue arrow.
