After filling out blocks with general settings, add and edit the information about your company services.
What is it and what is it for?
This section configures all the services provided by the company.
Services are any types of activities, work, and tasks, that are performed by company employees and for which they receive money.
Examples of services: haircut, manicure, quest "In Searсh of Adventures", cardiologist's consult, abdominal ultrasound, engine replacement, contact car wash, group judo class, individual aerobics class.
All services have categories. A category is a section (folder) with several types of similar services or works.
Examples of categories: haircuts, coloring, consultations, quests, body repair.
Go to the main menu Settings - Services.
To add a new category, click the +Add a category button. A new window will open in which you need to enter information about the category. Read more about how to set up a category here.
To add services, click on the folder with the category name. A new window will open in which you need to edit information about services. Click the +Add the Service button. Read more about how to configure services here.
If necessary, the list of services can be Upload from Excel (read more about this here), and also Download to Excel as well.
To see the contents of existing service categories, click on the folder with the category name. A new window will open in which you can edit services, delete them and add new ones.
YCLIENTS works both with individual companies and with companies that have several branches. (read more about chain features here).
If the company has services that are provided in different branches, you can configure them in the chain interface. This will allow you not to create the same services in each branch (read more details about these setting here).
