Setup and editing services

After Categories are added and configured, add Services to each category. 

New service

Go to Settings - Services. To add services click on the folder with the category name. A new window will open, click the Add service button.

Setting

In the new window that opens, configure the service information. Add services to all categories.

1. Add the Service name, for example, Men's haircut.

2. Add the Title as displayed for online booking. 

3. Add the Name on the bill. If the field is not filled, then when printing, the value is taken from the Service name field.

4. Choose the Category of service, for example, Haircuts and styling.

5. Add the Image that represents your service. 

6. Indicate the Minimum and Maximum Price. If the price is fixed, enter the same values in the Minimum and Maximum price fields.

7. Select from the list the System of Taxation that is used in the company and specify the amount of VAT.

8. Check the box if only Group service bookings are possible. In the window that opens, indicate the number of people.

9. Check the box if you want the service to be available for Online booking.

9.  Check the box if you want the service to be available for Online booking. If you uncheck clients will not be able to book online but the manager will be able to make bookings to this service in the booking journal. 

10. Enter intervals for displaying the sessions and searching for the sessions. Firstly, the online widget will display available sessions for the service with this interval, and secondly, the system will use this interval when searching available sessions in the schedule. Read more about these settings in the article. 

11. Set Date of online bookings. In the window that opens, specify Begins, Ends, and Dates available for booking. 

12. Specify Sessions Start/End time. The online widget will display only those sessions that fit in the indicated interval.

13. Add a service Description. Write about the special aspects of the service, materials, benefits, and other information that will help the client make a choice.

14. Specify API IDservice identifier in an external system. The entered identifier will be transmitted to external systems in the booking parameters.

15. Set up automatically notifying customers to visit again. A notification will be sent if the client has not made a booking for this service during the specified period. You can also make these settings in the section Settings - Notifications - Types of notifications. 

16. In the end, be sure to click the Save button. 

 Editing

If necessary, you can edit these settings, transfer services from one category to another, add or remove services.

To edit an existing service or delete it, click the Edit button. 

To quickly enable or disable online booking click on the Online / Offline switch next to the name of the service.

Services can be moved around the list, for this, click on the 3________.png button to the left of the service name and drag the line to the right place. This sequence is displayed on the online booking widget and when creating a new booking in booking journal.
