Reschedule an appointment

In YCLIENTS, you can reschedule an appointment from one employee to another, from one time to another, from one date to another.

There are several ways to do this:

1. Select the appointment in the Appointment calendar, open the visit card, and go to the Appointments details section. Click on the link All settings, change the date and/or time of the visit, select another employee. Click on the Save button. 


2. Select the desired appointment in the Appointment Calendar, point the cursor to the visit card and hold down the left mouse button. Move the visit card to the desired Appointment calendar place.
