The Warehouse section contains information about goods and consumables, about sales and balances of these goods, allows you to view and manage the movement of goods: make purchases, sales, write-offs, transfers between warehouses.
Select the warehouse that you want to open access to. For example, if the employee should see only information about consumables, you can give him access only to the warehouse with consumables.
Here you can limit access to the report on the movement of goods to specific transactions (receipt, sale, provision of services or write-offs), as well as at the management level: moving goods between warehouses, creating and editing transactions, deleting transactions, or only viewing reports in the web interface or Excel spreadsheets.
For example, the employee works in the company with his materials, he keeps their appointments and makes the purchase. In this case, he/she can create/edit transactions on receipt and write-off of goods. Give him/her access to the stock balance report so that he can buy the necessary materials in time and allow data to be uploaded to Excel if he plans to perform custom sortings in these reports.
