What is it and what is it for?
YCLIENTS allows you to automatically write off consumables when providing services.
The write-off is configured using the service charts assigned to the services. A service chart is a list of consumables needed to provide a service. For example, for the Coloring, shampoos, hair dyes, oxidizing agents, etc. are used in a certain amount. If you setting up a service chart for the service, then all consumables will be automatically write off from the warehouse, and a warehouse operation for writing off consumables will be created.
How setting up automatic write-off of goods
1. Create a warehouse for writing off consumables. Detailed instructions in this article. When choosing a warehouse-type, be sure to select for write off consumables.
2. Add consumables to be written off in the warehouse - goods section. Detailed instructions in this article.
3. Create the arrival of goods at the warehouse that you created to write off consumables. Detailed instructions in this article.
4. Create service charts and assign them to services. Detailed instructions in this article. Only one service chart can be assigned to one service.
Setting up the automatic write-off of consumables is completed. Now YCLIENTS will create the write-off of consumables from the warehouse when choosing the status Client came in the visit window with a certain service. All data on written off materials can be viewed in the sections Warehouse - Warehouse operations and Warehouse - Warehouse stock.
If you need to write off a different amount of consumables than in the service chart, this can be done in the section on writing off consumables in the appointment card.
