What is it and what is it for?
YCLIENTS allows you to work with data about goods, their purchase, sale, write-off, etc. Here you can also create goods, classify them, edit and delete them.
Setup and editing
To get started, go to the Warehouse - Goods. Before adding goods to the warehouse, create and configure Goods Categories.
A category is a group of goods that have common properties. For example, all ESTEL goods are added to the ESTEL category, all shampoos from different manufacturers to the Shampoos category, etc.
By default, one category Basic Goods is created in YCLIENTS. Categories can be added, configured, archived, and deleted (for more information, see this article).
After creating and configuring categories, add goods to warehouses.
In the Warehouse - Goods, a quick search by goods name, ref.number, or barcode is provided. To do this, enter the data in the search bar and click the Show button.
To edit goods information, go to the goods card. To do this, click on the button or on the name of the goods. In the goods card, you can change the goods data, print the price tag (the Price tag in PDF button), copy the data to other branches (if you have a chain), archive, and/or delete the goods card. Here you can go to the card of other goods, for this click on the name of the goods on the list on the left.
To edit goods information in bulk, use the Quick Control interface (read more about this here).
You can also delete several goods at the same time without going to the card every time. Select the required goods (check the box next to the name) and click the Delete selected button.
