YCLIENTS provides large customization options for automatically sending SMS notifications to both your customers and employees. You will get the opportunity to notify and inform new and regular clients about the services and discounts provided, as well as inform employees about client appointments, even if they are not at the job.
YCLIENTS provides several types of SMS notifications:
Automatic SMS Notifications

SMS notifications from the Appointment card
In YCLIENTS, you can also send individual SMS alerts for each client. There are two options to do this:
1. In the client’s card in the Clients - Client base section (for more information, see the article Information in the client’s card, Send message item)
2. Via the Appointment card using the Send message section in the Client chapter.
YCLIENTS provides the ability to send SMS messages to clients. You can send SMS to all clients, as well as to a selectively defined list of clients (for more information, see the Client base article, Actions with the client base).
