In YCLIENTS, you can find out the sent messages history to a specific client, as well as see the history of messages that correspond to certain filters.
You can find out the history of sent messages to a specific client in the following ways:
In Appointment card
Select a client appointment in the appointment journal and go to the Appointment card. In the Client section, go to the Sent messages section.
In client card
In the Clients - Clients database section, go to the client card whose message history you want to view, and go to the Sent messages section.
You can also view all message history and filter it as needed. To do this, go to the Overview - Messages (detailed instructions in the article).
