Loyalty cards transactions

There are two types of spaces in YCLIENTS: locations and chains. Locations have their menu on the left on navy background, chains have their menu on the left on purple background.

Locations and chains have different sections. There’s no Loyalty section in locations, you can find it in chains only.

To open the chain you need to do the following:

  1. Click the name of the location in the top left corner.
  2. In the drop-down list select the desired chain.

All loyalty cards transactions for a specific period can be found in the Loyalty - Transactions section.

You can filter transactions according to dates and operation type:

  • Debit/credit the cards
  • Promotion discount
  • Loyalty program accrual
  • Accrual by referral program
  • Loyalty card
  • Manual deposit
  • MAnual debit
  • Writing off the expired points
  • Gift card 
  • Membership

You can also filter transactions using current promotions (i.e. in connection to which promotion current transactions were made) and locations.

In the Loyalty - Transactions section you will see the following data on operations:

  • Number
  • Transaction date
  • Transaction type
  • Special offer
  • Card/gift card type
  • Card/gift card number
  • Client’s phone number
  • Amount

When you click on the card number, detailed information about the card and history of balance changes will open (more detailed information can be found in the Loyalty card article). When you click on the phone number this client’s chain card will open.
