Report on memberships

What is it and what is it for?

Report on memberships shows information on all memberships valid in the chain. It can be configured in many formats depending on the information that needs to be shown in it.

Data that will be shown in the report:

  • Membership number
  • Membership type
  • Balance
  • Status
  • Valid until
  • Customer
  • Date and place of sale
  • Cost
  • Payments
  • Amount debited

How to work with the report?

To form a report go to the Loyalty > Memberships section in the chain interface. Filter the list by parameters needed and click the Show button.

There are two types of spaces in YCLIENTS: locations and chains. Locations have their menu on the left on navy background, chains have their menu on the left on purple background.

Locations and chains have different sections. There’s no Loyalty section in locations, you can find it in chains only.

To open the chain you need to do the following:

  1. Click the name of the location in the top left corner.
  2. In the drop-down list select the desired chain.

Parameters you can use to filter the information:

  • Date of sale
  • Place of sale (location)
  • Date of use
  • Place of use (location)
  • Membership number
  • Customer’s phone number
  • End date to and from
  • Number of remaining visits
  • Membership status

This is how you can view the number of memberships sold in a specific location during a specific period.

Data in the Number column is given as clickable links that lead to the page with detailed information about the membership. 

If you need to, you can Download as Excel all information about memberships.
